Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a size exchange for eligible products within the return window.
  • Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
